when I try to use this to text it never puts the contact in the send to, its always in the message field?? Does this work for anyone. I took it back to Verizon, they're answer... oh your phone probably doesn't work with it ?????????

I'm not sure what you mean...But as far as personal assistants go I found AVIC to be the best! even bought the pro version!

I have the same problem with both text and email. The 'To:' field is blank and the 'Message:' starts with the name of the person the text/email should go to followed by the actual message.
