Voice SMS

Is it possible to set up Android (Samsung Galaxy S i9000 2.1) to be able to read incoming SMS messages to the bluetooth headset when they come in, using text to speech?

Also, It'd be cool to be able to launch an SMS and dictate simple ones, perhaps even just send a template SMS to a contact like say "SMS, Wife, Traffic" to send an SMS to my wife saying I'm going to be late due to traffic. Dictating a whole SMS word by word would be okay too.

Can I achieve any of this? I'd love to know

I know in HandCent you can both dictate and ask it to read your texts out to you. Not sure about straight out voice control or reading it out instead of a ringtone.
