Hi, forgive me if this isn't the right section for this.
I've had my Samsung Intercept for about a year and a half now, and I've never really had any problems up until about a month or two ago. I can't recall doing anything to the settings, but one day the built-in visual voicemail stopped working and now when someone leaves me a voicemail, it sends me a text message with a phone number for my voicemail inbox. I've tried going through the setting in the voicemail app to no avail. When I dial my voicemail number I can listen to all the messages and change settings and stuff, but I can't figure out how to get the messages to appear in the voicemail app.
Any ideas?
