Just as bad as having VM notice show up when you don't have VM enabled.

I got tired of solicitors. I use missed calls.

I've tried everything possible but I did recognize that there's a short on the ringtones. Could this possibly have anything to do with the problem?

You don't get voice-mail from Android Forums.

Who's your carrier, OP? Are you using your carrier's voicemail app or another? Was it working before? Are you using Visual Voicemail or Hangouts for messages? (culprits in some cases)
