Yes, I need some help with my voicemail. When ever I get a voicemail I click on it, and it starts the tutorial. It says to hear in english press one, I do, and sometimes its in english, sometimes its in spanish for some reason. If I press 1 and it's in spanish, I do not confirm it, put 01 instead, and that helps it.
Once it asks me to put in the temporary password, I don't know what to do. At first I thought it meant create a password, and that's also what my sister said, and she's owned an android phone for some time now. I put in 4 numbers as a password, and it says "I'm sorry, but that is not the correct temporary password, please try again." I type in different numbers and it always says incorrect, I even tried typing in the last 4 digits of my phone number, etc.
I've owned this phone sense July, it is a MetroPCS Android phone. Basically, I just need to know what is the default password, and how can I change it.
