voicemail

i am trying to set up my voicemail, but when i call the voicemail all i get is a busy signal? it doesnt give me any options at all, please help me?

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your phone... it actually sounds like you would need to speak to your network provider... what phone do you have and which carrier are you with?
