My son signed with Virgin Mobile recently and his buddies can call and text him, however, our family's landline is a VOIP through Primus in Canada. I have tried calling him 10 times and it will not even ring, instead, I immediately get the message "Sorry but this phone number is not in service". I called Virgin Mobile and they said his service is fine, they even called his number to test it and it rang properly. I tested his new Virgin Mobile number by calling him from Google Hangouts and that worked but for some reason I cannot contact him at all though my home phone's VOIP service. I have contacted Primus support but they have not responded.
