I've been dissed (again) trying to activate my standby/backup cellphone. I'm told Verizon will only allow VoLTE phones on PagePlus/ TotalWireless plans now. I keep seeing phones that say "4G LTE" but very few that say "VoLTE". Is there a difference? If so: What?
