Volume issues on incoming calls

The volume on my dinc is too loud all of a sudden??? I tred to turn it all the way down but it still nearly blows my ear drums!!! This is only one of the many problems since the froyo update. Any suggestions????

I know when I had a problem with no volume, after I took my battery out and rebooted the phone everything went back to normal...give that a try.
