While playing music in S9 the volume suddenly drops to zero.
It happened with all three music players like Maximusic, Samsung Music and Music Pro.
Same problem was experienced in my previous phone S6 since last one month.
I changed the phone on 31st March but the problem appeared in S9 also.
If volume button is readjusted volume is restored but problems repeats again at intervals of one,two,three hours.
I don,t understand if it is App problem or Software problem and not definitely hardware problem as different models have same problem.
I wonder if others have experienced similar problem.
Can anyone throw some explanations for the same.
