Volume problems

I am having problems with my volume when i play my game or videos the max volume is only like 50% i dont know what the problem is

Is this low volume issue when you're using your phone's speaker or earbud/headphones? Also, is this happening only with certain games or apps, or is it also hard to hear things when using apps to listen to music or streaming video?

I don't use headphones it's the regular phone volume, but my volumes up all the way so it's when i'm using the phone's speaker i don't have much games on my phone but the two i have the volume is low and i don't use music apps

Try using an app that also results in audio (Youtube, Google Music, etc.) and it the volume is still too low.
If you keep your phone in a case, check that it hasn't shifted out of place so the opening for the speaker is still aligned properly.
If offer more details as to just what you have tried to do already (reboot phone, check your Settings, etc.) the could be helpful and save repetition.

There's also one thing during phone calls i can hear the person but they can"t hear me

If you're having multiple problems, this being such a new model you should still be covered by a warranty. Think about taking it back to have it looked over, could be something that needs to be pointed out to you or maybe there's a problem that needs fixing or replacing.
