Volume warning, how do I stop it?

I can't find a way to stop my device whining at me every time I want to raise my bluetooth volume over a certain level. Is there a way to disable this annoying feature? Same goes for brightness.

Yeh, I'm pretty sure this is an EU law thing. I've got a European version S7 that shows the volume warnings on Bluetooth and wired audio, but any phones I've bought in China don't, like Huawei and Oppo.

Also I've just noticed on my European Samsung the volume indicator changes to red when the volume is high, which it doesn't on my Huawei.

FWIW my China variant Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra doesn't show any volume warnings, unlike my EU variant Galaxy S7.
