I have volume all the way up and still incoming calls are hard for me to hear. What can I do? Samsung Galaxy Rush

Go to Settings --> Sound --> Volumes and make sure everything is turned all the way up.
If that fails, you can TRY an app called Volume+ in Play. I hope this helps
