Vonage and Clear USB Mifi Service

Does anyone know if Vonage phone service can work with Clear USB wireless Mifi modem?

The Mifi modem connects to the computer using usb port. Vonage looks like it would connect from the Vonage box to computer ethernet connection.

If I was to connect Vonage box to computer ethernet connection, would it pick up the usb modem? If not, is there a way to get this to work? I do have a usb to female ethernet adapter.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Using a crossover cable to go from the ethernet port on the PC to the Vonage and have the PC setup to do internet connect sharing. If you don't have a crossover, then a hub with two ethernet cables will work. The PC would have to be booted up and not in sleep mode.

I may have a crossover cable somewhere around here, I'll check that out. If not, I'll buy one.
