I have been looking to find a way to place a shortcut to VPN I have setup on the HomeScreen of the Droid. Any ideas? I was unsuccessful doing it on WM6.1 on the XV6800.
Use the 5 VPN app . It will let you create a widget on the home screen that is a short cut to the VPN settings. It also lets you save the VPN password, once and for all. If you don't need or want the password saved, just fill in a dummy password and that step will be skipped in the future.
