it also has good reviews
at this moment I find FineVpn and this vpn also quite good to watch Netflix or something like that, also I use it to get access to some local websites.

WangVPN it's amazing I used it for torrenting and watching anime on sites doesn't work with netflix or whatever but its way faster than even EXPRESSVPN or NordVPN highly recommended

I've been trying Windscribe (free). Data allowance is 10GB a month for free, and it works in China no problems.
