Vulkan 1.1 APIs missing from device - Android Studio Emulator

I'm on Manjaro linux.

I have latest Android Studio installed. When I try to open a device emulator I get an Emulator error:

Emulator: createOrGetGlobalVkEmulation: Warning: Vulkan 1.1 APIs missing from device

Anyone run into this before? I'm not sure where to go from here to fix this issue.
