The MIUI has already supported English, you can swich to English UI here:
System Settings> Language and Keyboard> select a language> English

This is a very pretty ROM.. but for the fact that some of the stuff is kinda hard coded Chinese

yes it is really beautiful ROM.., network and backup very good.. only USSD issue i have faced till yet.

Not an issue.. will try it.... but installing the Gapps is such a pain... alot of force close messages in the beginnig... and one more... does any know where would I get the actual android email client app... its not there in the Gapps and other app dont support exchange mail servers...
