I am new in this forum so first of all I would like to greet all of you.

Here my question:

I just read (Telekom Austria Group | Creating Apps | WAC) that this association WAC 3.0 will start in Sept. 2011 but I couldn`t find out if Android is part of that. I am just asking because what happen if not. Will any developer still develop new Android Apps if they can sell their apps to a broader community.

So does anybody have further information about this "project"

Yes. If there is demand in a market for something, there will be suppliers.

Let's hope, that there is a demand... actually my privat feeling as an enduser of smartphones, I can observe the development of more Android phones comming up, but the Apple market seems to offer more apps - I heaven't found any studies about the increas/decrease of apps according to the mobiles, but I'm gonna try...
