Wait for Sony Xperia T or get the Motorola Raze HD LTE?

Hello,
I'm currently waiting to get a new phone and I was wondering which phone to get. I live in Canada and I'm with Rogers. Should I wait for the Xperia T or just buy the RAZR HD LTE?

This all comes down to personal taste but i think that motorolla's razr hd lte is the betterbuy because of its more refined UI and overall better design. The xperia TL is just a bulky, weirdly designed phone and all of the buttons are all crammed down towards the bottom of the phone and you will find yourself accidentally pressing the wrong button. Like i said it all comes down to what phone suits you. I highly recommened researching both of these phones and watch videocomparrisons betwen them.

Thanks for the reply. I have already researched these two phones for quite a while now but I just couldn't decide. The Sony phone has a nice design and I like the dedicated camera button. I like the battery on the Motorola and I like the design of the Xperia T. Ughhh hard choice. :/ OH and Xperia T is also a James bond phone which makes it pretty cool.
