Waiting for OS updates - we are not alone

Interesting. I bought my Transform 2-3 weeks ago from BB and the little cutie that sold it to me swore up and down the latest OS would be out any day. Guess I should have researched all this before jumping in the whole Android market.
 
Thing is Samsung has never been consistent nor giving when it comes to their Android phones, but thats something on their part they must fix.
