Help waiting for wifi....

i have been trying to upload a video to youtube from my motorola devour. this is the 1st video ive tried. its about 1:15 long. and it says waiting for wifi... and its been waiting for like an hour and a half. all i wanna do is upload it to youtube. what can i do?

Think there's a limit on what you can upload over the 3G network. SO its telling you to connect to a wifi connection.
