Help Wakelock detection

About once a week, my phone goes into a cycle where it does not go to sleep; CPU wakelocks preventing the phone from going to sleep. When this happens, my battery lasts about 3 hours, versus the 24 ~ 30 hours that would last otherwise.

Is there an app that would automatically manage these wakelocks?

An app to manage the wakelocks? Hmmm, there is an app to pinpoint what is keeping your device awake called GSamBattery Monitor (among others).
That is a good, recommended app here. With it, you can narrow down misbehaving apps that are causing issues.

Also, according to your battery usage screen, how is your signal strength vs battery drain?
Perhaps post some screenshots so we can help out

If your phone is rooted, install Amplify - that is its exact purpose.

I installed Amplify a couple of days ago....lets see how it manages when the phone goes out of control. So far so good.
