Help Wallpaper Folder

Well now that we have the Android File Manager has anyone located the built in wallpaper folder? I am curious if we actually load pictures into that folder on the device if it will still drop the resolution? Maybe I am seeing things but it appears images that you take with the camera and set as wallpaper don't loose quality? Anyone confirm??

I'd like to delete some of the preinstalled wallpaper...
