Help wallpaper lockscreen confusion

hi all,

so i can get the home screen to auto update with google wallpapers .... the it isnt mirrored in the lockscreen :/
....cant this be done?

...right i can see it can be done using the OP wallpaper shot on app ...... is it possible to have non scrolling home paper? ....... image is offset rather compared to lock screen
