Wallpaper Making App?

Just wondering if anyone knows of an app that you can make a wallpaper for your phone with the pictures on your phone all while using your phone? I did some searching and could only come up with apps that just had wallpaper databases.

The images need to be 960x800 to be used as wallpaper, so you could probably use PicSay to crop them to that size.

Doesn't the size depend on the device? My G2/Hero seems to want 640x480 images and my son's Pulse seems to want something different. I think those with sideways scrolling homescreens need something like double the screen width x the screen height. Pulse has left, right, up and down scrolling and needed a weird size.

Yeah, sorry... I was referring to the Nexus. Regardless, so long as you know the size you need, you should still be able to use PicSay to crop.
