Wallpaper problems

I have an RCA Voyager (RCT6873W42BMF9A) and I'm always having problems with the wallpaper. I would size the image to fit perfectly and whenever I set the wallpaper, it would automatically zoom in! Can anyone help with this issue? Thanks

Try image2 wallpaper in the play store. Has a lot of great options for images
