Wallpaper Request

So here, I've got this pic a friend made for me:

I want it as my wallpaper on my Samsung Vibrant, but when I do it, I have to cut off part of one of the sides. So what'd I'd like is for one of you graphics geniuses here to make it the right size (900x480 or whatever the heck it is). I think what you'll have to do is just add black to the top and bottom (keeping the elephant and words centered). And you can chop off the black by the tail to make it centered that way too.

I think this is a pretty easy request, so thanks to anyone who helps me out!

Sorry for the double post...
It seems I really didn't know what I was talking about when I made this request thread. It's dang near impossible to just make this the right resolution. It's just not gonna happen.
So what I think is just gonna have to happen, is just add enough black space all around the elephant to make it so I won't have to cut off the sides at all.
I tried to do it myself, but since the only graphics software I have is Paint, the quality took a nosedive farther than I'd like...

Now, pretty much what I'm hoping for is that, but not so suckish
