Wallpaper Resize App?

Is there any type of app out there that will allow you to use the full wallpaper instead of having to crop it all the time. I'm mostly using the Wallpapers from Zedge right now. I tried to use one app but it wouldn't work. I forget the name of it. But I think it was designed to use more with the tablets and not a phone. Could have been why. Just curious?

Multipicture LiveWallpaper. Get it free from the play store. This is a good app that lets you set any pic to full screen or show entire pic (the best setting) as wallpaper on your home screen.
