Help wallpaper to sd?

Quick question:
Is there any way I can save my wallpaper to my sd card?
For example, I have an aHome theme and would like to save the wallpaper from it and use it on my PC. Is that possible?

Please answer, and if you know an app that can do this, please give me a QR code.
