Wallpapers not scolling anymore on homescreen.

After I installed wallpaper maker, I wanted to edit a wallpaper that was 320 x 480 so it fit the entire homescreen (gallery would only let me crop part of the picture). It worked, but the scrolling effect stopped working. I uninstalled the app and tried the gallery method, which works now, but still doesn't scroll like it used to. How to fix this?

If I'm correctly recalling, a wallpaper should actually be a bit larger than the homescreen for the scrolling affect to occur. If you make it exactly the size of your resolution, it won't scroll (because there's nothing to scroll to.)

unless you dont have the wallpaper scrolling option ticked in settings....
