Want certain notifications override silent settings

Hello, I am hoping I can find an app to do what I am trying accomplish here.

I have the weather.com widget set up so that it alerts me when there is severe weather. I have locale set up to be silent at night time. I have my phone in the multimedia dock.

What I am wanting is for when the weather.com widget sends the severe weather notification I want it to override the silent setting and play a ringtone only for that notification.

Ideas?
