Want to get into Google+? I found this and I'm letting all of my friends know the trick.
I read and re-read the rules and guidelines before I posted this and It should be 100% "ok" to post this. Anyway, if this works for you guys, Enjoy!
1.) Visit the Google+ intro page.
2.) Choose a less popular language (Croatian, for instance)
3.) Viola, you're in.
4.) Use Google Translate in another browser tab to find account settings.
5.) Change back to your preferred language.
