want to enable internet settings & change apps in korean to English language

Hi,

i have Samsung Galaxy S Hoppin from Korean by friend. The problem is am unable to open such applications and very big problem is Internet settings.
I tried to connect net from my mobile but it won't respond.

So, please get back me with exact solution to use my Samsung galaxy s Hoppin in India.
