want to install stock rom

Im sorry because I know there is a guide of chismay how to install stock rom. what i understand is u need odin to install stock rom. before installing cyanogenmod 7.2 i backup my phone with CWM ,however, the guide tell the some others files. i dont understand what are those all about. can anyone please tell me how i can back to my backup stock rom which i have.

Looks like you are running CM 7.2 and want to switch back to stock.
For that you need
1. Odin software
2. Cooper.ops file
3. Stock firmware.
For flashing the firmware the .ops file is very important.
Goto sammobile.com and download these 3 files, make sure you get the stock FW of your region only and the same version of which you made that backup, if you get some other fw, you won't be able restore your backup, there is also a flash guide there, read the instructions carefully and follow them to the letter, you'll be on stock in no time.

After getting stock back, reflash CWM and then you can restore your stock backup that you made before flashing CM.
