Help want to swap homepage back

I lent my tab3 to my grand-daughter, who has somehow managed to change my homepage (which had the weather, news, google accesss bar etc) to a page which one contains heaps of icons.
I am really new to the tab, and despite having googled my problem and reading lots of instructions..i still cant figure out how to change it back.

Hope somebody can help me..

Outside of doing a hard reset you will have to just drag and drop the icons you want from the app drawer back to the home screen. The default screen isn't really helpful anyway as it contains apps you will never use so use this opportunity to customize it the way you want. Start off by deleting your homescreen, then create a new one.
