Want to theme Android like a Windows Phone

Hi, I want to make my Galaxy S3 look like a Windows Phone. I know all the things to do but I can't find the tiles. Does anyone have a file where I could get all the application tiles.

And could you teach me how to make some tiles so I can make tiles for application which not everyone has e.g some games

Just make them on photoshop then put them on your phone as jpeg files. You can use Launcher 7.

I used icons from a website. I used desktop visualiser to put them but now my phone lags its a bit slow. Is it because too many widgets are placed? I have Galaxy S3 International
