Want to use an Android phone in America and India

I spend half the year in America and half in foreign countries in Europe and Asia (mostly India). Is there an Android phone that I can use internationall? I'm waiting for the Samsung Verizon Facinate. Is there any way I can use it internationally? The iPhone can be used internationally. What do I have to do to make an Android like the Samsung Verizon Facinate work in India and America?

You would have to buy a GSM unlocked Android phone. Or wait until Verizon releases a dual mode CDMA/GSM Android phone. Normal Verizon phones have extremely limited coverage outside of the United States due to them using CDMA instead of the world standard GSM.
