...AND has a web or desktop interface I can edit from.

Basically Google Calendar that does not sync with Google Calendar. I need to keep these events separate from my regular/business cals.

Aaaaaaaaaand GO!

Cozi has a web-based interface (and an Android app). Jorte Calendar can be used for both the Google calendar and for your own personal calendar.

To be able to use your computer to edit the calendar (or anything) you can use MyPhoneExplorer. It has the ability to act as a keyboard to Android. (Free at Play.)

My favorite is Pimlical. There is an android app and a PC app. They sync between device and PC. It's a powerful and complex app, and a little pricey, but a great calendar if you really need an organizer that does just about everything imho.

Why not just make separate entries on your Google Calendar for Business and Personal? I mean in my Google Calendar, I have all school activities as green, personal activities as light blue, and business activities as red. They all sync to phone and I can manage them on the phone and PC. If I want to work with one particular calendar only at a time, I just toggle the "show calendar" on Google Calendar so that I can only see events from select calendars.

I also adore Pimlical. Used it since it was datebook+ on a Handspring (Palm) about fifteen years ago.
It lets you have any number of separate 'calendars' in the one app and make your choice as to which and how many you want to display.
Loads of customisation options and good desktop version of course.
