Looking for ZTE MSM8930 signed loader, I looked around for a week and seem to only find the moto one.

To follow up with a bit more info, the loader is needed for ZTE Z930L when I find it I will make reloadable firmware for this model

I did not find any signed ZTE loader on there, I did see some others for the same chip
