I'm looking for any device that fits 3 criteria:

1) It needs to be MHL-Capable
2) It needs to have 4.1+ (Or root and the ability to flash a 4.1+ rom)
3) No broken screens.

I don't care about the condition of the back, carrier, ESN status, or any of that. Not looking to activate this device.

As for price, I'd like to stay as low as I possibly can.
