You'll probably have trouble finding a Tablet on here in that price range. There are some Chinese ones in that range though, but don't expect a capacitive touch screen with multitouch. Check out this link.

Walmart has also started selling alot of those chinese tablets, they ship very quickly since its walmart and if you dont like it you have 2 weeks to return it at any walmart.

Heres one that fits your description, dont expect the world though, just basic web email and angry birds functionality.

Well, i don't have any tablet for you, but an advice.

Do NOT buy any of the cheap tablets for sale on ebay from china. The price is good, delivery reliable and shipping (most of them) is free.

But, and it's a real big BUT, everything is real cheap plastic, android market is a locked chinese version so you cannot freely chose apps, crashes when using flash, refuses to play youtube correctly. Does not have hardware enough to upgrade.

Button fell off device after a month. wifi connections interrupted all the time, Had to be real close to wifi antenna all the time, and close is about max 10-15 feet. Cam sucks, takes forever from clicking to actually take the pic. Who wants to wait 10 sec or more for you to take the pic? Just a few of the problems we had. Not worth the money.

..Kyros 8125 has a single point RESISTIVE touch screen. Buyer will need to provide their own mouse, a wireless USB mouse is preferred as the transmitter draws minimal current from the USB port. With the included hub, a keyboard, mouse and USB memory stick can be attached (tested.) Note that standard Windows USB keyboards don't fully map under Android 2.3.3 (Backspace and Del are both backspace, etc. Lock LED's don't light, but arrow keys work correctly and keyboard is fully useable.)
