Wanting to trade my new incredible for a droid X....Please don't hate me.

Please Don't hate me for posting this here but I have a brand spanken new Droid Incredible, it comes with a case,charger, Car chearger and Everything that came in box. My Droid died and they gave me an incredible. I however miss Stock android, Would someone be willing to trade me their Droid X for this? It is in perfect shape literally nothing wrong with it I just don't like it.

You can put the stock android on your incredible but why don't you give HTC's UI a chance? Use it, I'm sure you will like it. :)
 
Thank you, I'm trying but I wasn't crazy about it on the Eris than moved to a droid and for me I just thought the menus, Phone etc.. were so much easier to use. However this is the smoothest Phone I have had so far ( no hesitation). Just miss stock android even if it isn't as good as this.

You're right to some extent. Droid X's MotoBlur is nothing more than a set of widgets you can use and a few different looking icons, it's not a complete user interface overhaul. It's extremely close and near identical to vanilla Android.
 
X is basically stock...anyways...yes you can get a home replacement...which is basically all i used on my Moto Droid cuz stock home is choppy...I even noticed some choppiness on stock droid x...dl launcher pro and start messing with that...i would recommend turning off auto rotation on home screen though this caused lag on my inc
 
Sorry work for an ambulance service,i got a call. The phone portion seems a little more user friendlyon my droid ofcourse i'm sure its me being bias. Over all this is an amazing phone but I just prefer vanill android.
 
Just be careful if you are an audio fan, since the sound quality for music is weak compared to the Inc (speaker and 3.5mm jack). Then again, the phone call quality is better on the X and this IS a phone......

I know it does, please don'take offense to my comments in any way, its mostly just the actual phone portion and battery life I don't like.

I really appreciate everyones advice and do not mean to offend anyone in any way, please understand that. I received amuch better phone in place of my droid and it is pretty incredible in many ways. I simply think it may not be for me. I thank you guys again for your understanding and not getting offended for me posting about this.
