Help Warm around camera lens area and battery use

Been finding my Nexus 5 is getting warm around the camera area and eating battery.

I assume this is where the processor or ram is located?

Working my way through apps to find the culprit unless anyone knows any apps to give me detailed usage by app?

Usually its gaming or bad signal even a combo of that with high brightness if you are using the camera and feel this its will be fixed in the next update
