Help "Warning. Backup canceled"

I've just started getting a pop-up box that says "Warning. Backup canceled. Please make sure you have a data connection and try again". Verizon is my carrier, and I've never gotten this before. Anyone else getting that? This isn't when im browsing the web; it's usually when I'm not using any apps actively at all.

Never mind, I think this is an issue with my Verizon cloud app. I'd thought it was a backup assistant app problem

I have had the same problem with Verizon, I turned OFF all of that stuff.

Just too haphazard in when it works, and when it won't.
I depend on backup apps instead. They always work.

I am now having the same problem and I don't see a link for instruction on what to do to stop the warning. Please advise. thank you!!
