warning on phone about the UID

my phone sent me a message yesterday saying .. system inconsistent wipedata portion of your device or be unstable. my internet and all ive down loaded is gone. if i push internet icon it says the application internet (process.comandroid.browser)has stopped enexpectdly. can you8 tell me what to do to fix my phone
