was removed from marketplace

i had the app TWI: Texting While Intoxicated (Enormego version, not the version made by Austin whatever), had to reset phone, found out it was removed from the marketplace, can't download it anymore. does anyone know a way to re download it even though it has been removed from the android marketplace? or is there a way i can copy it from my friends phone onto mine even though it won't let him click on the "copy to sd card" button?

i have droid2, he has galaxyS, if that helps.

I think you have a couple of options.

1. Try to see if the maker has it available on their website.

2. As long as its a free app, get a file manager like Astro or Super manager. These 2 have the option of backing up apps. Then copy the backed up file from your buddies phone to your own. Clicking the backup, should give you the option of installing it.
