Watchdog Task Manager Lite

Anyone use it? i heard that task killers were a bad idea to put on because they cause alot of problems, someone said this would be a better option, does anyone use this?

Been using the lite version a while now and it seems to do well. I've had it find a couple of misbehaving apps over time. Droid X.
