Well a few weeks ago my phone got wet. Was sitting in a coat pocket that had water in it.
After that I tried drying out the USB and earphone jack. The phone turned on and the display seemed fine outside of some touch issues. Turned off the phone and it has never powered back on. Though when I hit the power button it does vibrate...just doesn't fire up.
I have a toolkit coming from Amazon and will then take it apart.
Anyone have tips on what I should look for after taking it apart?
I already bought a new G2 so I am just trying to see if I can salvage this one. Also, am debating on sending in to LG for repair. Looking for any and all info feedback on what to do with my dead G2.
