Sometimes I accidentally get water on my screen of my tablet and just wipe it off, but is it bad if water gets on your screen?

I wouldn't make a habit of it but if it's just on your screen then a little bit won't be a problem. Most of the decent screen protectors get you to spray the screen with a solution before you put it on. If your tab isn't waterproof just make sure you don't wipe the water off into one of the sockets.

Yeah, I make sure not to wipe it anywhere near off of the screen.
